Corrugated Cardboard Folding Boxes — PW Products

Material Composition

Kraftliner, testliner, and corrugating medium; the recycled content varies depending on production.

Recycled material

According to documentation, the base material is made from recycled material (gray cardboard).

Total Pb, Cd, Hg, and Cr(VI) not to exceed 100 mg/kg; possible traces from the recycled paper cycle cannot be ruled out.

Certificate D19 covers five product-specific, recyclable wooden shipping crates intended for industrial B2B use. The following information was taken from the corresponding declarations of conformity and technical drawings; manufacturer and contact information were not included.

Usage

Industrially manufactured transport packaging for the containment, protection, handling, delivery, storage, and transport of non-hazardous goods in the B2B sector; not intended for private households.

PPWR

The documentation confirms compliance with the relevant requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40, including the applicable requirements of Articles 5 through 12.

EUDR

Compliance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 is indicated in the certificate, where applicable.

Basis for Valuation

EN 13427, EN 13428, EN 13429, and EN 13430, as well as ISPM 15 and relevant packaging and pallet guidelines, are listed in the documentation as the basis for evaluation.

Notified Body

Identified in the documentation as inapplicable and unnecessary.

Another general certification applies to corrugated cardboard packaging within the scope of production described there, without specifying individual item numbers.

Fiber-based

Approx. 90–95% recycled paper, as certified; the possibility of materials from various sources of waste paper cannot be ruled out.

Heavy Metals

Random samples of kraftliner, recovered paper, and printed corrugated cardboard; the total limit of 100 ppm was clearly below this level, as verified by testing.

Undesirable Substances

No intentional use of the problematic substance groups listed in the declaration, including PFAS; traces resulting from recycling or ubiquitous sources cannot be completely ruled out.

Nanoparticles

No intentional addition during the company's own manufacturing process; any bound components in printing inks or paper coatings are mentioned.

Adhesive / Printing
